| RESERVATIONS:
Single tee time reservations are
accepted ten days in advance.

| Multiple tee times are accepted
further in advance. For multiple
tee times it is our policy to
ask for a phone number, e-mail,
along with a major credit card
to hold the tee times. Legacy
staff will call to confirm the
number of players beforehand.
With more than one reservation
we ask the cardholder to follow
certain policies. Cancellation
or reduction in the number of
players must be made 48 hours
prior to the tee time. For every
reserved tee time there must be
a minimum of 3 players in each
group. Any less than 3 players
will result in additional charges.

| DRESS CODE:
The dress code policy at The Legacy is
designed to maintain an atmosphere consistent
with the tradition of golf. Proper golf attire
must be worn at all times. Appropriate dress
includes golf shoes (soft spikes), collared
shirt, slacks or Bermuda shorts. Denim of
any sort, cut-offs, and tank or halter tops
are not allowed. |

| PACE OF PLAY:
The Legacy Golf Club has the pace of play
set at 4 hours and 15 minutes. A groups position
on the golf course should always be directly
behind the group in front of you. The G.P.S.
system is used to ensure speed of play. |

| COURSE
POLICIES: Outside beverages and coolers
are not allowed on The Legacy premises. All
beverages must be purchased through The Legacy
Golf Club. Any outside beverages will be confiscated
and remain the property of The Legacy. Legacy
Golf Club does not assume the responsibility
for damage to or loss of personal belongings.
Smoking is not permitted in the clubhouse.
Each player is required to have their own
set of clubs. |
