New Tee Time Account System and Setup
We are extremely pleased to announce that we have engaged in an upgraded Point of Sale System to help streamline and manage the course! Just a few simple steps below to get you set up to book/manage your tee times and in a few weeks register for 2022 programs!
What this means for you:
- Book your tee times and manage your reservations online(In 2022, all tee time reservations will need to be made online using this account).
- Purchase your Platinum & Player’s cards, leagues and tournaments online.
- View and manage your league credit and club credit online.
- If you had a card on file with us, you will need to re-enter that card information. Click BILLING followed by MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS.
What we need from you: Just a few minutes of your time!
In an effort to make this simple for you, we just need you to create your account in our new system!
If you have booked a tee time or purchased anything from the pro shop in the past, we most likely still have your email on file, it just needs to be activated.
To Activate Your Account, navigate to our online portal:

- Click on the login button at the top right of the screen
- Click “Forgot Password”
- Enter the email you have used in the past to book your tee times. If you are unsure what email you have used, please call the pro shop at 515-287-7885 ext. 2
- You will be sent an email to set your password. Follow the instructions in the email and you are all set!
That’s it! Your account has been created in our new system!
