Review Policies and Benefits

The Platinum and Players Card are non-refundable, non-transferable and intended for the sole use of the cardholder. The card is valid from the date of purchase to December 31, 2025 (weather permitting). The Legacy Golf Club is a non-equity club, which means that Players Cardholders will have no ownership interest in The Legacy or right to participate in the club’s management. The Legacy is a public golf course and will be available to public play including leagues, group outings, and special tournaments. Because of these events, there will be occasions where cardholders will be unable to reserve tee times. The Legacy Golf Club reserves the right to adjust the policies of the Players Cardholders at any time, without notice. Guest rates are valid only for Platinum Card guests and up to 3 players per day on Monday – Friday. Guest rates are not offered Saturday, Sunday & Holidays. The Legacy, in its absolute discretion, may expel or limit the use of the golf course and its facilities to any cardholder who neglects The Legacy’s policies. This also applies to any family members or guests.
