TEE TIME RESERVATIONS & POLICIES

  • 24 Hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy
  • A valid credit card on file is required for all tee time bookings.
  • All cancellations/reductions to any reservation must be completed by contacting the Pro Shop @ 515-287-7885 x2 before the 24 hour window begins.
  • Automatic Charges – The credit card on file will be charged for each no-show player at the full tee time rate.
Book a Tee Time
  • Tee times accepted 10 days in advance for general public and are to be completed online.
  • Only ONE tee time can be booked per day. If you need to book more than FOUR players(ie. more than one tee time) you must email Trevis Manning(General Manager). If you book more than one tee time, those reservations will automatically be cancelled.
  • All players must have a valid receipt. No walk/ride-alongs allowed.
  • Single players are able to book a tee time on the SAME DAY ONLY attached to existing tee times with twosomes and threesomes. Walk-ins are always welcome.
  • All groups/players will be paired up whenever possible at The Legacy’s discretion.
  • The Legacy Pace of Play Policy is set at 4 hour and 15 minutes or less for all players. Groups will be given one warning. If they are unable to get back on pace, we will have ALL the groups behind them play through so those groups can finish on time.
  • Fivesomes are allowed on Monday – Thursday, but it must be approved by The Legacy Staff prior to the reservation and golf carts are required. Groups of 5 are not allowed on weekends/holidays or those groups who have multiple reservations.
  • The Legacy dress code policy is designed to maintain an atmosphere consistent with the tradition of golf. Proper golf attire must be worn at all times. Appropriate dress includes golf shoes (soft spikes), collared shirt, slacks or Bermuda shorts. Denim of any sort, cutoffs, and tank or halter tops are not allowed.
  • Outside alcoholic beverages and coolers are not allowed on The Legacy premises. Any outside beverages will be confiscated and remain the property of The Legacy. All players will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund. Legacy Golf Club does not assume the responsibility for damage to or loss of personal belongings.
  • Each player is required to have their own set of clubs. Complete sets of clubs are available to rent for $35.
